Dairy-free Rice Pudding
Ingredients(for about 6 servings)
6 cups vanilla rice milk
1 cup sugar
¼ cup margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ cup soft tofu, drained and mashed
1 cup brown rice
Preparation
- Combine rice milk, sugar and margarine in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. (Stir occasionally.)
- Add rice and vanilla extract. Bring to a boil again and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Cover and cook for about 30
